I spent 10 years as an engineer in the tech industry, including 8 years at Broadcom. I went to law school at night while working full time and started practicing in 2008 as an intellectual property attorney, serving companies like Google and my former employer, Broadcom.

In 2012, I went through my own divorce and suddenly found myself a single father. That experience changed the direction of my career.

I volunteered at the City Attorney of Los Angeles, where I handled jury trials as first chair. I then moved to the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and immersed myself in family law.

I launched this firm in 2015 and have worked exclusively in family law since. In 2021, I earned my certification as a Family Law Specialist from the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization, a designation held by fewer than 1% of California attorneys.

My background in engineering and intellectual property means I understand the financial complexity that comes with divorce in the tech industry.

Stock options, RSUs, cryptocurrency, business valuations. These are not abstract concepts to me. I have lived in that world. I still do. I actively follow developments in AI and emerging technology and use them personally every day.

I have also lived on the other side of the courtroom. I know what it feels like to sit across from opposing counsel, to worry about your children, and to wonder if the system will work. That is why I do this.

I have sat where you are sitting. That is not something I put on my website for sympathy. It is the reason this firm exists.
